BRICS Best Property Awards

The world’s only awards programme dedicated to recognising outstanding real estate projects across the BRICS countries. It celebrates excellence in architecture, infrastructure, residential development and placemaking.

The awards provide Russian developers with a platform for international recognition and access to a broader professional community at a time when participation in some established international competitions remains challenging.

Awards ceremony

The winners will be announced at the BRICS Property Awards ceremony, which will be held as part of BRICS International Construction Week.

paying the registration fee;
completing the project application form;
uploading supporting materials (photographs, renderings, master plan, elevations, floor plans, diagrams and other materials, depending on the category);
application review.

Expert assessment of projects

ONLINE

20 August–
25 October

Projects are reviewed by Russian and international experts, with the judging panel voting independently online.

Publication of the shortlists

ONLINE

Until
28 October

If a project becomes a finalist, the company receives an official notification and an invitation to present the project in person before the jury.

Preparing for the final

ONLINE

26 october — 8 november

During this stage:
• the final-stage participation fee is paid;
• the finalist prepares a presentation for the in-person jury session;
• the jury session schedule is drawn up.

In-person

9–10 November, Kazan

The presentation includes:
• a 5-minute project presentation by the finalist;
• 5 minutes to answer the experts' questions.
